All orders will be processed between 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
We offer flat shipping rates for all orders and offer free shipping for the following cases:

Herstory will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date.
- Shipping charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty.

RETAIL CUSTOMER RETURNS
Herstory wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you need to return your unworn items you can ship it back to us in the original packaging for a refund.
Please complete the RETURNS FORM with your name and order number.
Money will be refunded back info the account used to make the original purchase.
Please note our return policy.
- All returns must be received by Herstory within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Refunds/Exchanges available on Full Price items. Sale items (reduced in price) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, Herstory reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Please note that you must complete a Customs Declaration form and place it on the package. It is also very important that you label the items as returned goods. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs for a lengthy period of time before being released.
We recommend sending return parcels with tracking. Herstory will not be accountable for any losses incurred if parcels go missing.
WHOLESALE CLIENT RETURNS
Herstory wants you to be successful in your business! In the spirit of partnership and cooperation and since all wholesale orders are produced-upon-request, shipped, insured and cleared by Herstory, the refund depends on the type of return. There are two types of returns available:
- Faulty items can be replaced or exchanged for store credits upon proof of undue condition within 30 days of receipt. Please reach out to us through email@example.com
- On-demand returns are processed on the principle of cost neutrality, i.e. our wholesale clients are expected to reimburse the costs associated with delivering the merchandise and sending it back, including but not limited to relevant customs fees and duties, shipment, processing costs, order management and restocking fees. Since the refund varies by Region of shipment, please request detailed calculation of your On-demand refund through firstname.lastname@example.org. The On-demand returns are available within 30 days of receipt.
